Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept most major credit cards AMEX, Visa, Switch and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling
Most goods are available for next day delivery, which is guaranteed.
Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2 business days . International orders are generally received in under 4 days.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. All credit card transactions are processed only by ourselves, no outside parties are allowed access to credit card details. This ensures we can intercept credit card fraud before any goods are supplied, thus ensuring our prices always remain competitive.
Guarantee
All products are shipped as standard with a 1 year return to base warranty, unless specified otherwise. Extended maintenance is available upon request on certain products.

Fortuna Power Systems Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.
Returns Policy
Fortuna Power Systems Ltd reserves the right to implement a handling charge or refuse to replace goods if they are not advised of discrepancies within 3 working days of the delivery date. We are unable to accept the return of software if the shrink wrap packaging is broken.
Fortuna Power Systems Ltd reserves the right to apply a 20% handling charge for goods ordered in error. A restocking fee of up to 25% is charged on returns which prove to be non-defective and reserve the right to return the goods to you.
All products remain the property of Fortuna Power Systems Ltd until full settlement is received.
Goods shipped that arrive DOA, will be immediately swapped out at no charge.
Goods in warranty that become defective will require a Return Materials Authorisation (RMA) number, please telephone 08704 286186. The standard warranty unless stated otherwise is 1 year return to base. Charges for return of goods are payable by the customer, Fortuna Power Systems Ltd will pay the shipping for the goods to be returned to the customer, unless agreed in writing.
Remittance Terms
Payment for the first order is by credit card, cleared funds, bankers draft, wire transfer. Thereafter subject to approval we will grant a strict 30 day credit account.
